Alongside nine years experience as a Clinical Reflexologist, I have also worked over 30 years as a Nurse. This clinical background and knowledge of medical conditions has been very beneficial in understanding clients problems and helping to tailor reflexology treatments to meet their individual needs.

Reflexology and other holistic therapies helped me through my own cancer journey some years ago. Regular treatments helped me relax and improved my sleep. I was totally hooked and as soon as i was well enough, i trained to become a therapist myself.

I studied the highest award in the UK, Level 5 Centralia Reflexology Mastership, (now known as Level 5 Diploma Practitioner in Reflexology), the course took an academic year to complete. This qualification gave me the skills to undertake both foot/hand reflexology; an introduction to reflexology for cancer and palliative care, also pregnancy and maternity.

Alongside the level 5 reflexology I have also completed other specialist training including: Swedish Body Massage, Bergman Method Facial Reflexology, Advanced Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage First and Second Degree Reiki, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Aroma Reflex and Deep Tissue Massage.

Membership of professional bodies: Association of Reflexologists, MGHT (The Guild of Holistic Therapists).
